It is a pleasure to see that in Parral good taste is being elevated in the business premises with the use of a clean architecture that delights the eye. The new, recently remodeled establishment is about to become a watershed in the history of the business established in 1995. Parral was named a magical town and in Gorditas la Basket they took very seriously what this implies. I applaud them for having that vision. There was only one small detail in my Gorditas. The Gordita was very golden and broke completely in two. That did not detract from the flavor or quality of the dish they gave me, the staff was very kind when serving us. Thank you for making me feel proud of having been born in Parral, success in your new stage
